What a brilliant week for Burgh Town. Not only did we have two days of Football camp for our players, but also a full day of entertainment for the community with our first ever Easter Eggstravaganza to help raise money for our new club.
We had plenty on offer, with Football matches, beat the keeper, food venders, stalls, Raffle, Tombola, Bouncy Castles and much more, we even had a Fire Eater to wow the crowd. Everyone who attended had a fantastic day and commented on when the next event will be.
We are pleased to announce that over the 3 days, we managed to raise £1712 which is a staggering amount and such an achievement. We wish to thank all the community for turning up and showing us their support, also a big thank you to all our players and Parents for believing in us and helping out with the event.
This event would not of been possible, or a huge success without the tireless efforts of Sophie Kirby (Events Manager) & Sean Kirby (Vice-Chairman). All at Burgh Town FC give a Big thank you to both Sophie & Sean, we know how much work you have both put into this and we are so proud of what you have accomplished.
A big thank you to all our Committee members and Coaches for doing everything they can to make this event our crown jewel of the year, without our Volunteers nothing could be achieved.
Lastly We would like to show our support to the local Business who donated prizes or attended the event on the day. Thank you!.

On 12th April we are hosting our first exciting event as Burgh Town fc. Our Easter fun day will hopefully raise much needed funds to give the newly formed club the kick start it deserves. The event will have a variety of entertainment including: fire breathers , bouncy castles , mascots, fair ground games and of course football themed activities.
Delicious food trucks, tombolas, raffle with over £300 worth of prizes and local crafts stalls . Throughout the day our footballers will be taking part in friendly matches against other local teams . It really is going to be a big community event which is what Burgh Town stands for .
Our Events Manager Sophie has been hard at work, making this our marquee event of the year, and a great start to our new journey as Burgh Town FC. It is great to see our Burgh family and community come together to make this happen, we want to thank everyone who is making this possible.
